This project will tackle the growing problem of waste dumping, vandalism, graffiti and overgrown gardens, in void Housing department property’s.

The project provides a mobile team that routinely deals with these issues as well as prepares gardens and peripheral areas ready for new occupants. This may make it easier to let properties and it will improve the environment for existing tenants.

Job Search will be conducted on a weekly basis, along with one day’s qualification training per week. Assistance will be given with interview techniques were needed, and the participants will have access to a telephone, stationary and assistance with the preparation of a CV.
